Low oil level switch.

On the drivers side of my motor are two switches. The one on the oil pan is a is from what I have seen online is the low oil level switch. I am not sure what the switch on the block is on the same side above the low level switch. I cleaned up my wiring up and I think I wrapped up the connectors for these switches. I have not been able to find them in my book. The diagrams in my Chilton and Hays books suck. I have disconnected the oil pressure sensor and changed it to a real oil pressure gauge.
 
On that side of the engine, in the same leg of the harness are the low oil, oil pressure, and temp gauge switches. The oil pressure and coolant temp plugs both look the same, just those push-on elbows.
 
My 87 has a knock sensor, it threads into the block.
