what did you get for christmas

annnnnnnnnnnnnd another thing.......

it's good to see that you guys kept an old Christmas thread alive!

I got 3 6" off road lights
a portable 6" spot light
an a fish bonker aka "kids baseball bat" legal to carry in my truck cuz its mad by a fishing company "mustad"

I have no idea what I got, because its not Christmas yet... But I know what I got my wife.
I found out it really cool to get the wife stuff that I can use also!
My wife is into crafts and such, so this year I got her for one of her gifts a Dremel 4000 rotary tool kit with a bunch of attachments.

My family had our Christmas already, since their all going to Hawaii tomorrow morning, and I'm staying home.

Anyways, I got the usual clothes, money, but my favorite. A 119 piece impact socket set.

Now i just need to buy a cordless impact gun.

To reply to an old thread, so far I dont know whats under the tree. I did get a peritoneal dialysis port put in on the 4th though (a real sucky present). I start dialysis training on 1-5-15. Ive been fighting it for a few years now and the Doc said it was time to start. I am on the kidney/pancreas transplant list and the hospital called and said their program is back on line (better news). Hopefully I will have a transplant before March (their best guess)been on the list since 2010, so Ive got time in.

Hopefully Christmas morning will be a lot better (it should be, anything is better).

I was putting this up before I forgot
I try to keep this tread up

My thoughts and hopes are with you. Good luck,

Thanks, I can use all I can get. My own fault though. Should have took tighter control of my diabetes when I was younger. other than the shot kidneys, I have held up pretty good. Just kinda sucky right now.

Well, I got some *NEAT* stuff for Christmas...my artificial leg came last week and I managed to walk upright for the first time since the end of July...it isn't a fully unassisted upright walk...yet...

I also received some nice presents from former customers and friends of friends...my family has given me a ton of support this year and I really can't complain about anything...but I will...

I was hoping to have my Ranger finished by this time...but it still sits in the driveway...waiting...like a faithful friend...not quite as good as a dog because it doesn't run up to me when I whistle...but at least it doesn't crap on the floor when I'm delayed in letting it out...

EDIT: Bloodbane...I was going to work you into that but got selfish again...I hope all goes well with the treatment/transplant...Christmas is a great time to reflect...but it is also a time of great joy...and most of what Jesus did in His short life was to heal the sick...a fabulous gift to anyone...

Well Mark, if you were willing to move a few thousand miles and switch countries I'd finish that bad boy up for you.

But it is hard to walk all that way with a bum leg. Glad to hear the new one showed up.

LOL...thanks...and thanks for the offer. I might be able to ship it down to you...one piece at a time...that would only take a few years...probably!
