Cut the ice with a chainsaw and have a big winch, snatch block for a double line.
Pick axe, jack hammer, chainsaw, winch & 2x snatch blocks, tow rope, and a good friend with another 4x4.
Probably one of the worst thing to do is melt the ice. In that cold of conditions, it will refreeze, making it worse. The ice will be fragile enough to fracture and break off, it will just take some time to free the whole vehicle.
I had my Zuki stuck like that once...just dug out the snow in front of the vehicle to make it flat and has a skidoo pull me out...but I was gunning it in 4x4 mode and rocking it a bit...as long as the wheels are free it will walk out of that...and as long as there are no elevation drops to deal with...
