Posting Pics in Threads

I am fairly new here how do I post a pic inside a message??

My setup says I cannot post attachments, if that is why how do i get that changed?

Oh well, it's right in the general forum where he had to go anyway in order to post this thread asking how. So I guess it wasn't too much effort for me to move my mouse 3 inches and click on it, then copy and paste the link.

also, whether you reply with a quote[ like i did ] or you post a quick reply, at the top of the message board that you type in you will see 5 icons labeled from left to right as follows; insert link[round blue globe thingy] remove link[ a chain link thingy w/x thru it] insert e-mail link[ envelope w/letter in background] insert image[ envelope w/mountain pic on it] and wrap quote tagaround selected text [speaker ballon thingy] after you set up your photobucket account it will give you the url's to type in so that you can post your pics in your thread
