You could but you would have to do the track bar different then I have done on the last few rigs. Either have a bent track bar or move the axle bracket to lower spot. And you might have to do bump stops. The owner picked up the BII last night he seemed pretty happy with it. Thanks I love how this one turned out.

Not on any I have built so far. Double R was closest since I moved the axle forward. But it was still fine.

put it in 4wd and go. no hubs to lock on them. unless you install an absurdly expensive set of locking hubs ($1000+ for the kits)

No the case uses a chain. And the chain keeps oil moving inside. If anything it helps your Tcase last longer cause the guts are all moving the same speed(but not engaged) and oil is moving all the time.
All 98 and up Rangers the tcase spins all the time since the axle shafts spin all the time.
