Everyone is right. I made the final cut for the 2012 Ultimate Adventure!!!

Disregard some of the details in the description of my truck. There's a typo or two (1454 t-case doesn't exist ). I emailed the web editor asking if he could change it, but if not, it wasn't a big deal. I know the rules, NO WHINING!!!

Not sure how much I'll be posting in the future. I'll be busy, busy, busy for a while. Wish me luck guys.

You can bet on that! Best believe I'm putting my heart and soul into this truck before we take off for the Adventure. If we encounter failure after failure, it won't be because I didn't work my ass off preparing for the trip. I'll try to prep the truck as best I can - that's all I can do.

Parts have started coming in already (yes, I bought them - no freebies from the sponsors ). Work on the rig will start this weekend. No huge mods. What I have works, and works fairly well. The basis of this 'rebuild' will be to freshen everything up to ensure reliability. The majority of my thought will go into creatively packaging all of my gear/spare parts. I think that will be one of the biggest challenges.

mostly just go through and freshen up the brakes, bearings, seals, and what not...just make sure that "wear items" are in the best possible shape....

it was creative but i no longer carry a highlift or an axe with me.
now i carry a bottle jack,and a chainsaw. (among many other things)

I say let the creativity flow. just dont get too carried away.
