Diesel swap

I have the 2.0 in my truck now and I want to swap it out with a small diesel. I know they made one for the ranger until 87 but I am having trouble finding one. I am fine with getting any small diesel engine. Where can I find one?

I'm putting a Benz om617 5 cylinder in my ranger out of a 82 Benz but there is little aftermarket I'd keep a eye on Craigslist for a bt4 cummins. A lot easier and lots of parts
