JuJu's prerunner!

He flipped them and dropped the bracket down to the last bolt holes

Yeah I agree with some of the other guys. Not trying to be harsh, but with the hangars only held in place by 2 bolts, you'll shear them right off... What I would do is move the shackles back to the stock for holes. Have you moved the front hangar forward yet? From what I've read, if you move the front hanger forward 6", it will allow the springs to flatten out more.

I do love the mustang rear disks though! Thats an awesome idea.

Those pics are of the mockup! What you aren't seeing is the 2x2x1/8 angle that I bolted to the hanger. Then welder to the frame! She ain't goin anywhere..

Ransom you ever seen an '80s chev? They are the same setup! I'm not going for lift.. I want travel:D

While the bed was off I pulled the bed sides out 1 1/2 inches! Now I should be able to stuff 33's up in there.

your going to do what i did. i been rocking this set up for about 2 years.

That is pretty much what I did.. Except I welded the angle to the frame and bolted the hanger.

Think I might get the holes cut for the shackles tonight.

I am confused. Pics of 2011 (page 1 of this thread) show what I think is a "trailing arm" for the rear suspension, but then in 2012 you posted a photo of the rear of the vehicle with the bed removed and the leaf spring rear suspension is plainly seen. Where did the trailing arms come from, were they replaced? How well did they function?

The 3rd pic of 4 pics in post #7 is of the front aftermarket radius arms.
