1988 BII Build

I bent the loan-a-tool puller trying to get one from the u-pull.

I like the gusset on the pivot bracket. Good idea.

thanks man, got the idea from a duff bracket i saw. but i made mine a little bigger with some 3/16" flat bar. with my luck i'd break the brackets while i was driving through a parking lot, so i'm trying to save myself some trouble.

so my coil spring insulators are shot and LMC is the only place i can find them, they want $36 shipped to get them here. anyone know what i could use instead?

#5 on the list below

are you sure? looks just like #5 on the LMC page, what's the difference? what do you need? i'm asking b/c i need them to....and i wanna know your process thought here, maybe i won't buy the wrong thing.

hell yeah, $11......that's what i'm talking about, thanks man :icon_cheers:

that's the same thing that the guy above me posted at rockauto.
yet in your last post you said rockauto didn't have what you needed.. i'm confused... :icon_twisted:

the part number i gave you, came from rock auto... and looks like the first pic you posted there.

but then again, i was looking for what i needed...(the explorer).. and that's what i came up with. oh well, you found what you need. all that matters!

the link i posted to auto parts warehouse is exactly what i need. it says it's for a 91-94 EX, which is what my D35 came from.....so it should work. looks like it'll hold up better than the factory stuff would.
