leveling kit for 92

i want to lift the front about a inch maybe a little more to get rid of the lean, anyone have any cheap and reliable suggestions, pictures are appreciated

TTB lift ratio = 1.5:1

You desire 1" exactly of lift? Divide 1" by 1.5. 1/1.5 = 0.67". <---that is the height of a spacer/washer that you need under the coils to gain 1" of lift.

Can be acheived via washers, a aftermarket spacer....fabbed block of steel, F150 coils, aftermarket leveling coils ect.

BUT, ranger lean is 99% of the time due to the sagged out driver's side leaf spring rather than the font coils. So, add a leaf, or a small shim to that side or new leafs altogether.

Lots of cheap ways to lift, consult the tech library lots of good info there.

Beltechs, AAL's, blocks, shims, washers, F150 coils/spacers ect ect.

Once again i am seriously doubting this statement. Im not trying to be mean or an ass but i put coil spacer on my truck that measured 2 inches exactly and i got a true 2 inches of lift.

Don't know what to tell you, but in my experience this is the truth.

There are obviously an infinite set of variables going on from truck to truck, so everyone's experience's will vary. Just like the fact that the beams themselves are not exactly the same length, so the lift ratio thing is not exactly 1.5:1 for each beam...it varies. So it is a general statement and is only meant to guide the user into making an estimated guess on what size spacer to use. Results will vary, nothing about TTB is exact science and experimentation is key. Thus the usage of a variety of camber/castor bushing available to account for said differences.

Not likely, the coil buckets have several tangs that locate the upper coil. A hose clamp, or a j-hook off an f-series works nicely if you insist of using a retainer, but in my experience they are not needed unless you are running coils that were not designed for a Ranger.

perfect. also am i guna need shocks if i do a max of 2in

i agree, i put a 2 inch coil spring spacer in my 91 and got exactly 2 inches of lift, sits perfectly level now,
