Need some parts

My 16 year old little brother just got a really descent 1999 Ford Ranger XLT Extended Cab 3.0 for 3 grand. The truck is black. There are a few parts I need to get ahold of to perfect this bad boy so this kid can enjoy a good ranger as a first truck like I did (Mine was a 99 too)

1. I need a black tailgate in good condition.
2. I need the passenger seat handle. It is busted off.
3. I need a chrome 1998-2000 factory rim (1 has a decent bend and causes shaking at highway speeds)
4. Gray center console is busted to hell so I need a replacement.

If anyone has these parts please let me know and I will set something up. I would like to get the rim and tailgate close to the Phoenix Metropolitan Area if possible. I'm open to shipping the other stuff.
