flooding problem 94 ranger

I am having a flooding issue with my ranger ever since i changed my fuel filter, which led me to replacing the fuel pressure regulator next, i also put in new spark plugs and still continues to flood itself. any ideas?

turned out that the computer was shot, musta got wet
