at 200.00 a gallon. this was the cheapest color i could get. and trust me. my iphone pics dont do the color justice. its a really cherry red up close. ill get my good camera out tomoro. and dont forget. i own a 89 240sx with an sr20det.


and thats funny. i actually dont like the short bed. this looks better to me.

im spending 120-140 a week in gas driving this thing. i need the money to buy an everyday car.

i know ill regret it but im against the wall with no other options.
 
What are the mpgs it is getting???

10 on a good day when im not romping on it.


and ive checked EVERYTHING. new intake. 4 different carbs. new distributor. 1'' spacer. cowl hood. different grades of gas. 3 fuel pumps. 3 t-stats. new fuel line.

what do the vacuum gauge & tach read at 60 mph?
 
I have seen those engines do way better then that in full size trucks. I would be wondering if the tranny is doing its job right and not slipping a bit or the torque converter isnt what it needes to be stall wise.

2 700r4s getting the same mileage. and this one has a shift kit in it. its not slipping.

and i have the torque converter lock up wired in and found that using it less got me better mpgs.


besides. everyone seems to forget im buying chevelle kids 87 b2 and im probably gona stick a 302 and 5 speed in it. so this way i can have my v8 rbv but have the stick i wanted and have 4wd for bad weather.
