Great news today

After a long search and an even longer application process, I will be a homeowner on Tuesday!!! I've been waiting for this for a long time, it feels like working hard has finally paid off. It will be our first house but I can't wait to get moved in. Its nice to be able to give my 2 year old and dog a backyard. And, ill have my garage to tinker around in and mess with the truck.

Kind of a pointless post, but I'm excited and had to let it out, haha.

Well they moved the closing from Tuesday to yesterday, but its official. The actual closing only took about an hour, I was shocked. First payment is October first. After that only 359 more haha.

Congrats my friend although you will get tired of signing papers when you close. Its a bunch of horse pucky in what you have to sign for a home loan. But do enjoy it, the 1st home is always special. The rest are headaches..lol

It's alright, but sucks - water company was out screwing around with the valve out front of my house a couple of days ago. Apparently my water main has sprung a leak, but they made it a lot worse with what ever they did, because now there's a small stream going down the street. Under the side walk, so it's going to need re-poured, don't even ask what I am looking at $$$. Save as much money as you can for unexpected stuff like this.
