Alright so Today I Cleaned the Maf and flushed the Rad system out, got a new IAC, and Air Filter and Fuel Filter, also tightened my throttle cable. Next week New Plugs and wires! 
(All before Pictures, Didnt take afters because well you should know what the new stuff looks like haha!)
ALSO This weird little pipe has exhaust coming from it in the engine bay?

That is an EGR DPFE tube.
Should be a silicone hose from there to the DPFE.
I can't tell you if that's SIG or REF though.

Its for emmisons. Your check engine light will be on unless you get that fixed. I just fixed that egr and dpfe to get my check engine light off so I can smog. I can take some pics tomorrow of it if you want.
BTW I'm still in love with your truck.
