Underdog site still running?

I ordered some light mount tabs from stuffforyourranger.com about a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. Last time I ordered from here shipping was super fast but now I got my lights (that I ordered days after the tabs) and I really want to mount them! I thought some people on here knew Wayne so I am just curious if he is still operating the site or if I'm SOL right now?

Looks that way to me too. The site says:
