Upholstery paint??

Has anyone used upholstery paint before, If so, How'd it turn out?

I'm talking about the spray paint made for carpets and seats.

If anyone has pictures, that would be awesome!

Does it still feel like carpet?
My cousin used some upholstery paint in his F-150 and the carpet was hardened in some areas.

the duplicolor works really well, id only use it on carpet and on door panels etc. never use them on seats or things that see heavy wear

I was only going to do the Door panels. carpet and headliner! So that sounds perfect. What do you guys suggest on the dash? and other trim?

i used duplicolor vinyl and fabric on my dash and door panels, i covered the worn out blue with light grey and it looks brand new ad has held up for a year now with no wear or cracking, i tried part of the carpet underneath the seat and it made it hard so i decided gainst the carpet painting. i think a fabric dye would work best for this probobly for a dark color only though.
