Going tube doors this time, alot less work and alot stronger. But doesn't look as good.

Just ordered BTF d60 and sterling 10.5 diff covers and a few other odds and ends.

got some more done, finally got everything trimmed down enough to break out the welder. after pulling out the hatch and cutting it probably 30 times it finally set down into place. i cut more then i should have on the roof so im going to have to cut a strip out of the piece i cut off.

also got one of the rear 1/4's cut.

gotta love a welder with a stitch mode, the hatch is some thin shit.

The only thing I would done different is try to make it open for more cargo space, but still cool as hell.

started pulling the 60 apart. i encountered a small problem...the factory lock outs were stuck.

i pried, hammered, heated...everything i could think of. they wouldnt budge. so it was time to pull out some heavier equipment.

an hour later...

im not sure what the PO put inside the hub but it was stuck good.
