Well, got home from school at 1:30 after dropping off lunch at Crystal's workplace, and decided to build something. I walked into the shop, and started grazing around and making a pile of all the metal I could find. Well, I found this:

Headache Rack 4-hour Build

This is a cow rack, its the only metal one in the barn, the rest are wooden!

I ended up finding some more metal, all cut to the right length and everything, and used metal I grabbed from the scrap box at school (more to come!) and made a bed mount.

Looks good. Maybe after I pick up my Lincoln HD100, I can make one.
Can't wait to see final pics.
So what'd you have for lunch I'm hungry?

bbq trailer burgers yum

Another example of recycling at its finest. Well done.

Im gonna be doing one for a fellow B2 owner that I go to school with, he wants a light rack and Im gonna be charging him somewhere in the $90-$120 range, Im gonna be making that out of purchased metal though lol, mostly

You talking about the light rack that mounts to the rain gutter? Or, there is another one for vehicles without the rain gutter. I can get those for $45-50 on EBay. Show us an example of what you are going to build for him. Just curious about what he wants.

idk what he wants, I told him to draw it up for me

Atta Boy McGuiver!!!

:icon_rofl:

Okay, that time included finding the material and breaks where I had no idea wtf I was doing, also the time to setup, take photos, bend metal, and clean up. :icon_cheers:

Just giving you shit man. I work for a large toolbox manufacturer, I build headache racks, toolboxes, wings and whatnot for a living.
