same thing happened to me....I returned from the Viet Nam War hating God with everything in me.....I figured I might as well go all the way & prove the Bible wrong.....

I was doing pretty good: Sun was created on the 4th DAY....give me a break! Adam & Eve came up with daughters for their sons to have sex with
! And the list goes on......

After reading it thru 3 times......the answers started becoming evident. But I DID give up on estimating the E.O.T.W. date!!!!!!!

To say the Bible was written by man is from mans point of view...God wrote the bible using man to put it to paper. We have all the Bible that is needed,that He wanted us to have. God is after all All Mighty and nothing is to hard for Him. Is the written word perfect?,No,even the Bible it self says that even Heaven has it's imperfections and that only God Himself is perfect. It also says that some men twist what the bible says and it is a dangerous thing to do...Camping,Jones,Koresh,and others are examples. Some things are very clear to anyone to reads it but many times people take one verse and run with it or build a sect or cult around it. If someone gives some idea about a verse they need to find at least 2 or 3 others (verses) that say the same thing and in the correct context. It is a really good idea to check for yourself what you hear regarding the bible or any other information,especially these days.
