I drive past a smaller church twice a day every day, and I love to read the messages they put on the board out front.

I got to thinking about you yesterday, and remembered something that helps me a lot when I get depressed, or just bummed out about something. So opened up my bible and looked for the following:

ISAIAH 40:29-31

HE GIVES STRENGTH TO THE WEARY AND INCREASES THE POWER OF THE WEAK.

EVEN YOUTHS GROW TIRED AND WEARY, AND YOUNG MEN STUMBLE AND FALL; BUT THOSE WHO HOPE IN THE LORD WILL RENEW THEIR STRENGTH.

THEY WILL SOAR ON WINGS LIKE EAGLES, THEY WILL RUN AND NOT GROW WEARY, THEY WILL WALK AND NOT GROW FAINT.
