Im running 32's and I have 9.5" from top of tire to bottom of wheelwell all the way around. I ended up using rough country's 1.5inch leveling kit but netted 2.5 inches for some odd reason(i hope it settles 1/2"). I definitely need an alignment done (see photos :annoyed:) Thank god I work at an alignment shop. This is the only reason I hate TTB suspension....Comments welcome

It will settle. I've done it enough times to know now, lol. It'll settle some if you take it for a quick spin around the block because TTB has a bad habit of not flattening back out when you take it down off the jackstands until it gets driven. Then it'll take a couple thousand mile to settle the springs in for good.

I just did new coils on my F-150 and liked how it sat when I first put them on, just about perfectly level. Now I'm back to a raked look since they've settled in some - ended up settling a lil more than I had expected.

Sorry, not meaning to threadjack. But when I level mine this summer, can I not take it right to the alignment shop right after? Or do I need to wait for it to "settle"?

It looks good though brinker88, do you have before pics?

I'd drive around a bit before thinking about an alignment shop, like at least 50 miles. But new springs take awhile to fully settle in, so you may end up doing an alignment twice.

Even used springs have to settle in, but they settle faster than new springs. Used coils seem to settle pretty quick, but used leaf packs that get rebuilt usually take a bit of driving and cycling the suspension before they get settled down.

^^^What he said, Bro!!! Drive it if it is not pulling or acting really funny (dangerous). Just be careful!!!!!

Took it to the alignment shop (Im manager there) It was off 4 degrees on passenger side and 3 1/2 on driver side. I put new balljoints and draglink and shocks on before alignment. They aligned it almost perfect as I told them it should settle about half an inch. So I still have a little bit of positive camber. Rides AWSOME and looks better to boot. I hope it settles some...I only needed 2 inches to be level and I netted 2.5 inches with 1.5 inch lift coils...how the hell does that happen?
