rough idle cold

2001 2.5 cylinder 1 misfire code
I have changed plugs,wires,coils and fuel injector for cylinder 1. Still sets off check engine light. The truck has a rough idle while cold then smooth's out at operating temp. Any idea's? Thanks Chris- Chris D'Amato
