rear differential

Hi! See video Because of a really bad vibration creeping up on the truck, I jacket it up and started yanking stuff. This don't look too good to me Where is the problem? Inside the differential? Exactly the same play on both sides/hubs. Could this be the reason for my vibration...

This weekend upon trying to change my diff fluid in my 2000 ranger I started to strip my rear diff fill plug. 7.5" diff, I am wondering if anyone has the size/thread pitch or where I can get another one Thanks!
