Hey guys, I haven't been able to find a Chilton manual for my truck yet. it's a 1990 ranger with a 2.9l. Does anyone know of a good write up on how to remove the fuel injectors and or Rail?

can anyone identify this plug is sits behind the battery. It has 2 small wires going to the plug and 2 large ones coming out and both are currently going to battery negative. That doesn't seem right to me.
