    Wondering if the 91-93 Ranger 2.3 block are the same as the 91-93 Mustang 2.3 blocks and interchangeable. And if so are the oil pans the same also. Thanks.

    Newbe here , looking at a 88 ford ranger with the 2.3. Does the 2.3 have a roller cam in it. Also is it efi or carb . Thanks.
