So just had a NC state inspection on the danger ranger, and my check engine light will not illuminate. How can i fix this, and is taking the instument cluster out a pain in the butt. Also, i want to replace my 4wd selector. Im troubleshooting why my 4wd wont work and this is my first possible cause.

So i just bought a 2000 ranger xlt. When i come to a stop, right at 5mph the pedal bounces a little and the steering wheel almost does a 180 to the right. Any guesses, im thinking a warped rotor.
