I have a 1988 ford ranger that came factory with the 7.5 inch rear end...i'm almost at the end of my 8.8 swap but the bolt patterns are different. i have the yoke to match the 8.8 but i need the u joint to connect it to my drive shaft...anyone know what i would neeed?

Decided to retire my ranger. 88 5 speed 2.9 2wd. It's gonna become a project. I have a 2 inch leveling coils and a 3 inch body lift. Also have a 8.8 ranger rear end with 4.10s limited slip... Loan came in for a 2007 scion tc with 9th on it.

Is this normal? Oil pressure is high and the oil dummy light is on but the oil level is fine. 1. Is the pressure too high? 2.are the incidents related?

hello to all, I have an 88 ranger, 2.9, 2wd. I just put explorer 15's with 235/75 on my truck...it was jerking for about 2 weeks, but i figured it being an old truck with only 92k original miles and 6k being from me that it was the fuel system...but me and 2 of my buddies were heading home...

The brake pedal goes to the floor after starting, brakes still work a little. When the truck is off the pedal pumps up fine. New master cylinder all bled correctly and new power booster...really stumped
