Push rod motor swap
Man am I glad to find a site with so much information! I have a 2000 Ranger with a 4.0L motor I replaced the heads at 190,000 miles after the #1 cylinder burnt up. The seat in the head apparently is made of softer metal then the valves so the valve springs "tuliped" the valve inside the head...- ctodd
