i have a 2007 ranger, and sometimes i have problems with my tach. i bought a white faced gauge cluster off ebay that is from a 2007 ranger, but when i plug it in, the truck wont start. what do i need to do to make this work??

i just bought this truck, its an 07 with 100k miles. this is the 3rd 4.0l ranger 5 speed that ive owned and always had normal clutch pedal untill now. its not spongy, it just doesnt release untill the last inch or so of the pedal, i find myself slipping it sometimes cuz im waiting for it to...
