302 transmission
Ok guys I could use some help. I have a 87 4x4 Ranger with a 302 engine and the stock 5-speed tranny. The tranny is messed up and I really don't wanna stick another ranger one in, instead I'd like to swap to a 5-speed F-150 transmission. What years will work and are there any clearance issues?- scxc15

Ford Ranger STX
Hello my name is Aaron. I just got a 1988 Ford Ranger STX. It's a 2.9L V6, 4x4, 5-speed, standard cab, blue exterior, and blue interior. It has 140,000 miles and is now my daily driver so my 2003 Mustang Mach 1 can stay in the garage and keep the miles off it.- scxc15
