im new here and have some questions about motor swaps im considering. i have a 91 stx ranger with a blown 3.0 and am considering putting in a 4.0seeing how im getting the motor,computer and harness for $150. my question is how involved is it in making the swap from the 3.0 to the 4.0 wiring...- crazypel

can you remove the 2 catalytic converters and replace it with with 1 cat and still pass a smog check?
