    Lot's of possibilities but no one I know of or have seen has gone through the effort to see if it would work. I had a similar thought in the past but never acted on it. :dunno:

    I've seen the kit as well. I have yet to see a homebrew mod that's been completed. I feel that if it was possible, the Jeep guys would have done it by now, but I could be wrong. I've been into Grand Cherokees for 5+ years and never come across a homebrew version.
  4. Suggestions for stripped Dana 35 bolts

    Well, from wheeling the exploder, I managed to strip one of the bolts on the front of the Dana 35, presumable from bashing it on a rock. I know of a few others that have done this before, and used various fixes. I'm sure this is a fairly common issue so, so what would be the best way to take...

    It's from a ZJ (93-98 Grand Cherokee) UNLESS the owner replaced a ujoint shaft with a cv shaft - which makes zero sense. But ZJs were the only Dana 30 i'm aware of to ever have CV shafts and the 3.73 gears assures it came from a V8 ZJ. If it's in good shape and complete, $100 would be a fair...
