Tuner for 2.3 Duratec?
I recently bought a 07 2wd ranger with the 2.3 with a 5 speed. Love the truck, just wishing it had a tad more power, nothing too crazy. The engine is stock, put a high flow AEM dry flow air filter (believe it or not it actually helped throttle response vs a Wix paper filter) and a cherry bomb...- Gumby13
