morning, 03 4.0 a/t 4wd 110k , did timing chain guides, de-carboned heads, valves, pistons, replaced cranks bearings, cleaned wrist pins of burnt oil. The truck had jumped time, overheated, all the bad mojo at one time. valve seats held fluid, no visible bends, did have one gash one #1 but not...- rackdaddy
