does anybody know of a company that makes a 3 or 4 inch suspension lift for an 04 ranger

will a 4.0 swap directly into my 93 5 speed which currently has a 3.0 in it....any help would be very helpful

i have a 93 and my windshield wipers would come on whenever they wanted to so i checked out the tech library and saw the phantom wiper fix but i don't have the same switch in my truck so i still tried taking it apart and cleaning it and it didn't work so i put a new multifunction switch in...
