Above are the photos of my
1989 F-250 4x4 diesel I bought in 2003. I needed something to haul
my Rangers to other areas of the country and off-road. The truck
was rough but had a good (remanufactured) 7.3-Liter diesel and a C-6
transmission. It's a Heavy Duty model with the stronger Dana 50
TTB front axle. Over the following year I replaced the tires,
wheels, bed, doors, and painted it white. I added add-a-leafs to
the front to level it and a 3-inch body lift. The interior trim
pieces where removed and repainted red and a red velour seat cover was
purchased to cover the factory seat. I added a diamond plate bed
rails and tool box. I also added marker lights on the roof, rear
and both sides of the cab. The lights on the side of the cab hang
below the cab on a stainless steel strip made for marker lights for semi
tractors. I have a new
18-foot dovetail trailer that I use to have the Rangers with. It's
red which is why the F-250 has red decals.
