They're 6 inch lift springs

What else would i have to do to make these work right? How do i extened the radius arms?

You'd have to get drop brackets for the radius arms and beams then figure out a lift for the rear end.

I have 3 inch blocks for the rear and my front is already about an inch or two lower. The front should sit alittle higher which i dont mind because im going for the whole prerunner thing soon

And thank you for the answers [emoji2]

There are several threads on extending radius arms. Read up on them then decide how you want to extend your radius arms.
If you can find the beam brackets then you could build radius arms and radius arm brackets to match. Just search it and read all the threads you can to get a understanding for how everything works.

Where would i get beam brackets or even find them? When i search on google for them it comes up with the radius arm brackets instead. I search "ford ranger i-beam drop bracket" "ford ranger i-beam extension
