I have no clue how to desribe what my truck does but i will be driving down the road and my truck cuts out, i will have my foot on the gas and it will feel like the truck stops for a spit second like if you were to stomp on the brakes but it is something in the motor or drivetrain it feels like i also thought maybe it wasn't getting fuel. The guages all stay the same and all electrical stays on and it don't do it often.

Similar to a post below. For the both of you, change your fuel filter. Its cheap and easy.

My speedometer wasn't working as well as doing this wierd cut out thing i pulled the vss and the gear on it was broke i replaced and i think i might have fixed the cut out hopefully how often should i change plugs and wires and what do you recommend.

Change plugs when it needs it. If its normal operating conditions, meaning if the plugs are a brownish color, not black or white, then you should never have to change them for a long time. I had a jeep once, with a 120K on it, I changed the plugs for the first time, thinking it needed to be done, well except for the fact that the electrode was dam near thin as paper, I could have left them in because It did not benefit the performance of the motor, gas mileage, etc. Check them twice a year if you want but if your running conditions are good. Forget about it.
