Where is the EEV-IV diagnostic connector located on a 1994 4x4 ranger

I need to know where the EEV-IV connector is located I can't find it where my haynes says it is.
 
I know on my EEC equipped ford from way back when it was under the hood by the master cylinder
 
It should be back corner of engine bay, driverside.

You may have to dig they rarely stay in the holders
