Wheel bearings

On my 2006 Ranger, I have noticed wheel bearing grease spewed all over my front rims. I cleaned, checked and re tightened the bearings. Now, its doing it again. Any ideas?
 
Only two things prevent the leaking, the back seal and the front dust cap. I am assuming the dust cap is on and fits tight so is the back seal shot?
