Todays weather

So, how much air should I pack and take with me for a week in the Rockies? My truck is going to be full. I'll have to pack air in all the nooks and crannies between everything else.

Fill up your air mattress before you go, and you can sip on it

Forecast for yesterday & today: upper 90's and no rain
Actual weather: low 70's and rain all day.

Half of my garden (tomatoes and peppers) looks real bad. The other half (potatoes, carrots, beats, beans & peas) looks fantastic. The yard looks like crap. You would think grass would grow better with rainy weather.

The day started warm at 68 this morning. It reached 102 with 16% humidity and winds were coming from the north bringing a little bit of smoke from the fires in Siskiyou, Shasta, and Southern Oregon. The wind has since shifted to an onshore breeze. That should cool things down and blow the smoke out of Sacramento. However, none of that matters because I will be driving down to Fresno tonight to check out the firework fire damage and it is going to be 104 there tomorrow.
