Spindle clearance question

Will a 16x8 wheel with 4.50" backspacing work with a fabtech spindle that says to use a 15x7 with 3.75" backspacing? Just wondering if the increase in wheel diameter will clear the spindle/brake components without putting more stress on the outer wheel bearing. Hoping to install a set of KMC XD 16x8" Enduro wheels with 32" instead of the 15x7" model with 31".
