Short rubber hose below the pcv elbow. Anybody know a part number?

I replaced the elbow itself a couple years ago with the Dorman elbow and now the short rubber piece right below it has a crack in it. Its between the elbow and the pcv valve.
I found this but supposedly it doesnt fit. I can’t find anything, anybody know? It’d be just too damn easy to make it the same size on both ends. At least I think they’re different. i would take it apart and see but I’m pretty sure how that’s gonna end.

Just replace the whole hose/elbow etc with a length of silicone hose.

I saw a thread once where someone used a blue hose. I assume that’s what you’re referring to. That would suit me, I just didnt think the plentum tube or whatever it’s called that goes into the elbow was the same size as the pcv valve. I could just pull it apart and see but as soon as i do im pretty sure that hose will disintegrat. Right now i can at least wrap it in electrical tape. I’ll see if i can find that thread.
