problem whaen i shut my truck off the radio still is on and the wipes are still going

this just started when i park my truck at night i can take the keys out of the emission and the radio and the wipers are still going anyone know anything

sometimes the ignitions get sloppy when they get old and it could be turned back past off to accessory and still lets you take your keys out
