polishing intake manifold

I was wondering if anyone could tell my how a would go about polishing the intake manifold on my 94 4.0 OHV. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!

dremel or die grinder. you can use the stone attachments or sanding drums. Flapper wheel for the final finish. You typically don't want to go too smooth with the intake (at least near the heads) since you want to induce some tumble in the air so the fuel will mix better.

get a gasket and match the ports to help minimize pumping losses.
