Replaced the original oil pan gasket on a 1999 3ltr. It was pushed out in the front and rear around the seal carriers.
Used the updated version; a Fel Pro- OS 307129 with the rigid frame.
At the back were it dips down around the rear seal carrier it seemed like it wasn't thick enough at the bottom of the radius.
The rigid frame of the gasket didn't look centered between the seal carrier and the oil pan. It was closer to the carrier.
Long story short; it has a small leak.
Has anyone had any experience... good or bad with using this particular gasket.
