need help, I want to find out if these rims fit

I have a 97 Ranger 2wd and currently have 14" rims and I'm thinking about replacing them with 15's from a 2000 Mercury Mountaineer SUV.
The rims have the 10 ovals and 10 small hole design.
Can anyone tell me if they will fit on my truck?

You mean these? They came stock on my ranger, but they got corroded pretty bad so i took them off.

That's a re-badged explorer right? Should fit. I'll let someone else confirm.

yeah thats a rebadged explorer. so those will fit.
if they are the ones shown above, those came in the 99 Ranger, so they will fit yours.

Yes James86 those are the same style rims.
I was pretty sure the Mountaineer was a rebadged Explorer, thanks for confirming that.
I'm pretty sure they will fit also, but unfortunately they are in a different state
but not that far away and I planned on driving to pick them up to save shipping.
