So I'm debating whether to lower my 2010 ranger but which would be better, DJM or Maxtrac? They both are 3/5 drop but DJM comes with upper and lower arms.

The DJM kit with upper and lower arms is considered a 4/5 drop. With your lightweight Duratec sitting up front you might not see the full 4 inches of drop, but expect somewhere between 3-4 inches of drop in the front.

DJM makes quality stuff that is well regarded. I've had their 4/5 kit on my truck for years and I work the suspension pretty hard. No complaints at all.

The Maxtrac stuff is new so I can't comment on the quality, but it looks like they're claiming 3 inches of drop in the front using just coil springs. Typically dropping the front of a Ranger more than 2 inches with just coil springs makes it really difficult or impossible to achieve proper alignment. If it were me, I'd spend the extra on the DJM to get control arms.
