How does a 2002 ford ranger fx4 off road compare to a 2002 chevy s-10 z-r2


IMO the 4.3 is a superior motor to the 4.0 OHC in the ranger. The 4.3 is just a SBC with 2 less cylinders. One of the most reliable engines ever made.
